Product Characteristics

Environment Protection: Zhubang Plant Wood MAX Oil is made with natural vegetable MAX and oil as raw materials, being environment protective and non-toxic, excluding dissociative TDI, harmless to people, animal and plant, applicable for children’s toys. Wooden products painted with MAX
oil could export directly to Europe and other continents.

Paint Efficacy: Painted area per liter is several times larger than other paints (because the MAX oil excludes Tian’an water or volatile gas). One liter could paint around 20m2. Zhubang Wood MAX Oil could penetrate into wood, combine firmly with wood fiber, present wood texture, and maintain natural property of wood. Such open-type MAX oil is often used by colored and archaizing products, and paint of export furniture.

Paint Technology: Zhubang MAX oil needs no foundation or dilution. Paint directly once or twice. The oil will not dry during paint.

Technical Flow:
   a. white primer treatment: one or two layers of colorless transparent MAX oil
   b. white primer treatment: one layer of MAX, one layer of colorless transparent MAX oil

Anaphase Maintenance: Zhubang MAX oil will not crack, warp or drop, suitable for regional repair and renovation, no need to polish for repair. Regional paint will not result in color differences.

Product Types: Zhubang series product could mix to obtain more colors.
